Corren Agreement response As you know, on April 28, 2006, the B.C. government entered into an agreement with two homosexual activists. That Agreement grants these two men the privilege of reviewing the re-writing of the BC school curriculum from Kindergarten to Grade 12 and recommend changes in the curriculum. The revised Social Justice Course for Grade 12 is already being taught in schools and the Teacher’s Guide to teach the revised curriculum in all grades and all subjects is slated to be finalized for September 2008. No person with a different view of the homosexual lifestyle has been granted a similar consultation right by the Ministry of Education. Various organizations and individuals have voiced great concern regarding the impact of such a BC school curriculum and are collaborating to work together on restoring the rights of the parents. In order to coordinate action, a group was formed called Parents for Democracy in Education Society. This organization is able to give you all the information you need to make a difference.
